Terms and Conditions for Slinger Bag Machine Rental Terms and Conditions
Welcome to our Slinger Bag Machine Rental Service. By renting our equipment, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Rental Agreement
By placing an order for a Slinger Bag machine rental, you are entering into an agreement with Abhi, subject to the terms outlined below.
2. Rental Period
The rental period begins on the day the equipment is delivered to you and ends on the agreed return date. Extensions may be granted upon request and availability, subject to additional charges.
3. Rental Fees and Payment
Rental fees are due at the time of booking. All payments must be made through our secure online payment system. Late payments may incur additional charges.
4. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required for each rental. The deposit will be refunded upon the safe return of the equipment, provided no damage or loss has occurred.
5. Equipment Care and Use
- The lessee agrees to use the equipment in a careful and proper manner and to comply with any instructions provided.
- The equipment should not be used for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that may damage the equipment.
6. Liability
The lessee assumes all risks of loss or damage to the equipment from any cause, and agrees to return it in the condition received, except for normal wear and tear. The lessee is liable for any damage, loss, or theft of the equipment during the rental period.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations made more than 1 day before the rental start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 1 day of the rental start date may incur a cancellation fee.
8. Return Policy
The equipment must be returned on the agreed return date. Late returns may incur additional charges. The equipment should be returned in clean and working condition.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Texas. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
10. Amendments
Abhi reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or through our website.
