These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and the rental services for tennis equipment. 1By using this website or renting equipment, you agree to abide by these terms. 2. Eligibility 2.1. Users must be at least 18 years old to rent equipment. 2.2. A valid government-issued ID may be required for rental purposes. 3. Rental Terms 3.1. Equipment can be rented for a minimum of 1 day and a maximum of 7 days. 3.2. Rental fees must be paid in advance. 3.3. The renter is responsible for the care and return of the equipment in the condition it was received. 4. Damage, Loss, and Late Returns 4.1. Renters are responsible for any damage or loss of equipment during the rental period. 4.2. Repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the security deposit. 4.3. Late returns will incur a fee of 100$ per day. 5. Use of Equipment 5.1. Equipment must only be used for its intended purpose. 5.2. The renter agrees to follow all safety guidelines provided with the equipment. 6. Liability 6.1. We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use of the rented equipment. 6.2. Renters assume all risks associated with the use of the equipment. 7. Prohibited Activities 7.1. Subleasing, lending, or reselling rented equipment is strictly prohibited. 8. Termination of Agreement 8.1. We reserves the right to terminate rentals or deny service for any reason, including violation of these terms.
