1. Rental Agreement

2. Payment and Rental Duration

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless rent.tennismachinerentals.com/Market/Shop/Henryy and TMR from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of your use of the tennis machine, including any claims brought by third parties.

7. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Jersey.
